I 'm trying to compile celestia (http //www.shatters.net/celestia/)
on shrike.
The configure step fails like pasted below what is the prefix to use
on shrike in this case and/or which extra Does anyone know where in in the init scripts RH loads the serial
module?
I ask because I am running 2.6-test9 and the serial modules have been
renamed RH9 errors on the serial module loading but fI don?t know what?s happening but this week my server was crashed a couple of times and the only thing that is registering in the log is

I 'm running RH9.0. Trying to run a DHCP-Server after downloaded both
"dhcp-3.0pl1-23 1.rpm " and installed.
When going to make the configuration via /etc/dhcpd.conf the file is not
there!?
Whathas anyone got this graphics card to work under linux? I tried the driver
from www.powervr.com but had no luck in getting it running. (the powervr
module creates problems).
By the way I am using tHi

I 've just upgraded glibc (2.3.2-27.9.6) through the up2date function.
After that I am no longer able to use RPM! I get the following message
rpmdb unable to join the environment
error db4 errdoes anyone have a suggestion for a db2 client for linux? i have lotus
notes working under linux with wine but i can 't get at the databases we
use for lack of db2.

Full Makes a mirror copy of the full tree onto a backup medium.
bachow do i grab a screen shot under rh9?
my 7.1 install had a screen capture tool but that was under kde. i
don 't see an equivalent in gnome at least not on the menu.

it had been working without issue. the only thing i can think that maybe
be causing anI have no idea what happened. I just rebooted the systems and
noticed that the mrtg png files would not display the
browser just sits there loading. Then I tried opening my
companies main page anas i understand it if one wants to make system wide enviroment changes
then he should edit /etc/profile on a red hat system.
i have installed a JRE but it requires i make this change manually I have rh9 kernel 2.4.20-8 I want all ports to be closed but 25 & 110 are still open. I 'm sure that no service are listening on them the local nmap reports nothing but scanning it with a crossover Dear sir

OK I found the way to do it adding 3 lines in my XF86config and 2 rpm
with Thai fonts. Works under Gnome - RH9 - Up2date via RHN
Switching language via Alt+Shift ... still don 't find an appHi
I know that this question will not concern many people but we never
know I could find some help here -) .
I am in Thailand and everybody has a keyboard English + Thai. It is
quite easy with "How can I tell what my screen resolution is set at? I use neither KDE nor
GNOME but fvwm.
