I have just about gotten the FP2002 Server Extensions installed. Several

My laptop has 512MB RAM. When I first boot into X about 25% of my
memory is being used - I can live with that. Then I open some apps say
Mozilla and I jump up to 59% Does anyone know if the old /etc/sysconfig/static-routes file that was
used in redhat 7.1/7.2 still valid for Red Hat 9? Or is there some other
mechanism that is used to call up a static routes file?
I am trying to compile httpd from source.
I do the following
./configure --prefix /etc/httpd
make
make install
but when I try to start apache from init like
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start
I get this
How do I recover the contents of the "Start Here " folder? I have the latest
updates from RHN but I have NOT installed anything from rawhide...

Quick question for you knowledgable XFree people out there. I have a
computer that I used to run Windows on. When it ran Windows the screen
refresh rate was set to 70 Hertz. Since usI just replaced my RedHat v7.3 installation with a clean install of RHL
v9. Although I could enable DMA on 7.3 I now can 't on the same
hardware.

Are there any analysis programs for disks? I had a system that had
become terribly slow but I had no indication that the system disk was

I have Win2k on a notebook and partitioned the drive and Installed RedHat 9.0 on the 2nd partition. How do I now make it dual boot? I am using the default boot loader - Grub.
