I seem to recall in 8I 'm noticing that my VIA C3/800MHz system now seems to be categorized as
a i686 in Red Hat Linux 9. I 'm pretty sure Red Hat Linux 8.0 categorized
it as a i586. Is this right?
Recently I had the opportunity to port "Adventure Game Studio "
(http //drevil.warpcore.org/ags/) to Linux. I 've been statically linking
all the libraries to avoid the C++ ABI issues since it is not anThanks for all feedback and kind comments.
I 've made a few edits here and there added a section on PHP and

This is probably pretty close to the final version.
http //www.gurulabs.com/RedI read somewhere that I must use JDK/JRE 1.4 or higher due to the NTPL
stuff. Is this strictly for the Sun implementations (perhaps the IBM 1.3
SDK and RE are useable)? Is there any compat lib I couDoes anyone know of or could anyone give me rsync access for disk 2 i
finally got them all down and disk 2 doesnt match its md5sum so im
wanting to fix the image up rather than d/l a whole new one.
So my shrike box is locking up periodically on the screensaver. It is
not locking up when the screensaver starts but from my best guess when
it tries to shut down the monitor or perhaps when changiOn Wed 2003-04-02 at 05 32 Matthias Saou wrote

Is it possible to recompile the redhat included kernel (to customize it) with
out loosing all the patches that RH has added such as NPTL? Would I be able

available at install time. there 's no mention of this in
