possible and did not modify anything did nt recompile the kernel.

I wrote a service to create and clean a swap file when boot or reboot a
machine.
By using "chkconfig --add mkswapfile " it 's successfully added to the
/etc/rcx.d. I do saw S15mkswapfile in /etc/r

I 've been wandering about groups.google.coi 've been trying to get mplayer with tuxfamily.org 's apt-get. my repository is freshmeat and everything seems to be working fine with their server. however when i type "apt-get install mplayer " I donI just got my new wireless nic working in a brand new 9.0 install. the hostname automagically as dhcppc2. When I log in to Gnome it tells me that

I 've got an i810 sound chip.. everything seems like it should be working
.. XMMS plays as if there 's a valid sound chip.
Is there a tool in RH 9 to display a graphical tree of disk utilization
similar to xdu ? I 've found an xdu rpm on the web but I 'm just
wondering if I 'm missing something that 's distributed with RH.
a quick summary of what it takes to get LVM2 up and running
under the 2.6 kernel. NOTE i 'll keep this simple and assume
that you 're not currently running LVM already so i can skip
dealing with hA new (unreadable) directory has just appeared in the beta section of

OI installed RH9 on all of machines(6) rather uneventfully. I run KDE as a
desktop and on all but my laptop kdm came up as the login manager post install.
