Hello everyone
Is it possible to automount only the user dir which loged in under the /home
dir --instead of mounting the whole /home dir in advace in fstab-- and
umount it when the user logs out
I have 4dlients which I beleive I configured the same way.
On One machine I can su to any user in a terminal.
But when I try to login the same user from gnome gui login. It says
Authentication faili have updated the 7.3 kernel using up2date to 2.4.18-5 (athlon). I was told that i would not have to recompile the kernel to get the audigy drivers to work. let me quote the README

I could setup nis and I can login on a console in the Gnome GUI.
When I logout from root. I can not login as a user from the startup screen
of the gnome. It doesn 't give me any error. the logiList
I am having an issue with my local routing table on my RH7.3
Workstation. I have some extra lines in my routing table that I am
having difficulties removing.
I have made sure that everythingi create a account in the server then use ftp
software
to login it will login into the default place
"/home/user_name " how to change the login path?

use it. It finishes burning the CD then--strangely--the Caps Lock
and Scroll Lock lights turn on on the keyboard and then my mIs there anyway to configure snort ethreal or any other network
monitor to monitor a remote host.
I have a machine in a different building that is having some network
connectivity issues.

Linux tells me dependies failed gcc-2.96-98 needed
When I try to install a package from the command line I get a response
stating that the package is already installed. When I query the exact same
package I get a response that the package is not insHi list

from Windows. It does not work when I try to print from another RH 7.3
