server on an RHEL3 system and am getting loads of compilation errors

I am not a lawyer and I was curious about a possible conflict with RH
licensing...and since I have no intention of running afoul of RH
liI 've got an Ecrix Autopak 1x15 tape drive hooked to a RHEL 3 box but
