How can I configure hosts.allow and hosts.deny files because I want to remote access via telnet from only one ip address and another ip address users are can`t access to server.

I want to set up rsync to download redhat updates.
I get the error Connection refused rsync error error in socket IO (code 10)
when using the command rsync -avn rsync //ftp.redhat.com pI keep getting the message unable to connect to SAMBA host. I have the
correct //hostname/printname and I set the ISP but it will not let me

Some php scripts work fine some just output code no error messages. All
