While trying to install latest Redhat cluster suite RPMS on RHEL V4U4 i am facing some strange problems.

We have RHEL AS3 Update6 and RHEL AS4 Update3 server 's in our lab. Almost
every server is using IST timezone.
Do we need to apply DST patch for these? Is there a DST patch available?
