I have a Compaq ML530 Server running Redhat 7.2 and when I do a "shutdown "
it will not run all of the shutdown scripts linked in the /etc/rc5.d
directory. I 'm specifically looking for it to dI am not sure where to start so I will just jump right in. Up until
last week I had the manual for the SCSI card in my hand and now it has
managed to disappear. I am still looking for it although IBy the way what do you mean accessing from remotely? Is that box in the same
network as the server or from another network?And what programme are you running
when it goes off try accessing the server I am currently trying to upgrade the kernel on a dell dimensions 2550 with
3SCSI disks running hardware raid 5. The seems to be some qla2x00 module that
the kernel either need s or is trying to upgHello All
My network card works fine for sometime and then stop responding after few
minutes. I have also checked if the networked has any IRQ conflict.
Pls. Help.

I have a Xeon with onboard SCSI controller (Adaptec 7899W) and single SCSI

The system tries to boot and recognises the disk but on the SCSI
