It seems like my RPM database is either stuck or confused. What were the
commands to delete & rebuild it? Also does anyone know what 's causing
this problem?
It seems to have happened when I Mozilla printing to an HP Laserjet 4L fails by printing a bunch of
blank pages before the actual page.
I 've tried the hp ljet driver (2 leading blank pages) as well as the
foomatic + gimp print drive >Tony

I like the way the new GUI looks but looks are not everything.
The task list sucks! You get one icon per application so no dialog boxes show
up nor do any secondary windows.

ended up with from the install is not XF86Config-4. Instead i got
XF86Config. Am I missing something?

After upgrading to kde-3.0.4 using the rpms listed on kde 's site I
cannot run the 'Start Here ' icon anymore. Whenever I click on it an
error message appear stating "The process for the vOn some of our RH 7.3 and 8.0 boxes X will stop repeating
keys. Any idea why and how to fix?

I 'm using winbind to connect my RH 8.0 box to a domain. My computer uptime
is about 8 days and winbindd is using 49Mb memory. Anyone encountered
similar problem?

I installed RH 8.0 and I am not able to locate libxinerama ! The header file exists though. I am not able to use mplayer because of this. Did any one else have the same problem or is it just me.

I have just started using psyche BIG leap from limbo. Much faster!
But I think I must have messed something because i am getting mostly
foot icons on startup screen. My guess is they are not fHi all
I have a huge problem. By accident i deleted partition table on my comp.
It is still running but fdisk shows that partition table is wrong. Is
there any idea how to bring partition list baI can 't reproduce this report. Is this a known bug? Any workaround?
