Does anyone out there have IRIX clients that authenticate via NIS with a
RHEL 3 NIS master? My IRIX client seems to be configured correctly
(ypwhich and domainname commands work corWhen U3 was put into Beta some new packages were added Extras Beta
(like ksh). When are these extras going to be moved into the Extras
channel?

My machine has a dual Athlon CPU. About 1 out of 3 reboot with SMP kernel

I like to enable NIS accounts in a firewall cluster environment where all the nodes in the cluster are NIS client.

I have dual Opteron on SMP x86_64 kernel U3. The kernel is recompiled to
avoid siimage SATA driver and to use libata.

Has anyone been successful with installing a Compaq DL320 with the IDE RAID
option? I have the RAID setup in the BIOS however all I see in the
installer is /dev/hda and /dev/hdc. THi
I have seen within two days now 3 kernel panics on two different servers.
Both servers have run fine with the older kernels for months and never
seen anything like kernel panics here.
BothI need to build an app that links to libraries for YP/NIS. For the life
of me I can 't figure out what package would contain these libraries. Any
hints would be welcome.
