In a "play-time " installation of RHEL3 -ES I installed netatalk but never
got it going. I am wondering if anyone knows if the ES kernel is compiled
to accept netatalk. I seem to remember rAnyone have/know where I can finda working rrdtool src rpm? I am trying
to get a working version of rrdtool under z390 RHEL3 but every src.rpm I
have tried fails for one reason or another.

I have a RedHat 9 box running sendmail 8.12.8 with SMTP Authentication
turned on. It works beautifully! Users can send mail in or out of the
office without changing settings and life is a jFYI it 's easy to fix Sybase OpenClient (12.5) to work OK on RHES 3.

I did a minimal install of RedHat Enterprise linux. Now I have a problem
when I create files with special characters like ? ? ...
eg I tried to create a file h???.txt.
