A quick question regarding vsftp in ES and AS distributions.
If you use virtual users is there any way of establishing quotas for
those users.
For actual users a quotas tree on the filesystem
I have a RHEL3U6 machine acting a bit strange. On Friday
and earlier today the mouse seems 'disabled ' one can
no longer right or left click with the mouse but all the while
the mouse can be movedAre there any GUI frontend SSH apps included with RHEL3?

am missing the kernel debug information do you know where or how to get
it ?

How can I use up2date (or yum) to update to UpdateX instead of latest one?

I have three servers running RH ES 3 all up2date. I connect to them
through ssh. I connect to one server overseas and it always runs slow.

Redhat GFS is not supported bI 'm working with a 3rd party vendor whose software isn 't happy with our
time going backwards. This is happening even without ntp running. It
isn 't consistent on all systems but I 've got at least 2 What I 'm looking for is a simple way to provide a user with
a UI where they can pick their laptop. I have that part easily
figured out.
But what I 'd like to happen is that if the user presses the
buIs there any way to make the same volume control changes from
the command-line as there the options avaialable in the
gnome-volume-control panel UI?
