I have a machine which is reporting 4 cpus. It is 2 AMD processors and
2 cores in each processor.
The 4 cores are not reporting the same bogomips ? Should they.

I have a question regarding dual-core support and taroon.
My understanding is that dual core support was back ported to taroon as
from RHEL 3 Update 5.
So I have installed a test box Hi.. My unix host is installed with tomcat and apache and my tomcat is listen on 8080 port. And
my java application is installed at this folder /usr/java/apps/ (example) with /ABC as context
path. RiHi
I have two IBM boxes both with 16 Gig of memory.
On the current one this is reporting correctly i.e.

total used free shared buffers cachWe see this problem frequently on RHEL3.0 U5 and U7. System would
completely hang upon memory shortage. The only option left is

on another 2.4.21-40.ELsmpI plugged a cheap pci 1394 card (VIA Technologies) onto one of my
RHAS4.2 servers. Build and install the ieee1394 driver using DKMS and

we are in the process of buying some blades for our HP blade
center to use for Linux servers. Since we are starting fresh and I have
no practical experience with Linux on 64-bit I figureWe have an appliance for which we supplied the hardware and the vendor
