Now, now, that calls for common sense, which is off limits! :-)
Actually, it didn't really take all that long, but the boxes in
question are pretty modern (Core 2 Duo's and such), and we have a
400Mbps connection to the Internet at work. I upgraded Feisty to Gutsy
in less than an hour, inlcuding the reboot.
I guess the point is that Ubuntu's upgrade system has come a long way
since the early days. Haven't yet tried a Dapper-to-Hardy upgrade, but
Gutsy-to-Hardy works great, both with Ubuntu and Kubuntu.
