GTA:SA works in the latest Cedega 6.1 engine... my experience is that
you need pixel shaders 2.0 and an in-game resolution set to 800x600...
there may be other settings you need depending on your hardware etc.
Worth stating that although it works OK in Cedega 6.1, it is not
perfect.
