i simply did the aptitude install for
linux-image-rt
together with
restricted & backports modules-rt
then all those for 18-rt came in

hmmm...i wonder why this occured
oh! maybe cuz i mentioned the version number for those modules?
and the system thinks that i am sticking to staying with that version?
