Across various machines:

~
MySQL dumps
/var/www
I've got a script which I run which tars all my commonly altered config
files/dirs.

At work I've got various nightly jobs which generate reports (number of
music files in user's directories, size of mailboxes, list of PCs which
respond to a ping request) and email the results to me.
