First, make sure that the company's cookies are not blocked. Go into
"Preferences-> Privacy-> Exceptions" and make sure there are no blocks
against your bank's cookies.

Second, I advise clearing out all cookies from that bank and letting the
bank set them again: Go into "Preferences-> Privacy-> Show cookies" and
delete all your bank's cookies. Close Firefox, restart it, and visit
your bank's site and login normally.
