I am trying to install Skype on rhel 5.1

I have downloaded skype-1.4.0.118-fc5.i586.rpm
and when I run rpm -Uvh, I get these dependencies:

    libQtCore.so.4 is needed by skype-1.4.0.118-fc5.i586
     libQtDBus.so.4 is needed by skype-1.4.0.118-fc5.i586
     libQtGui.so.4 is needed by skype-1.4.0.118-fc5.i586
     libQtNetwork.so.4 is needed by skype-1.4.0.118-fc5.i586
     libsigc-2.0.so.0 is needed by skype-1.4.0.118-fc5.i586
     qt4-x11 >= 4.2 is needed by skype-1.4.0.118-fc5.i586

rhel 5.1 has qt3.3 as far as I know.

Questions: can qt4 coexist with it, and where to download and how to
install without destroying the existing qt (I use rhel with KDE desktop,
which needs qt)

How about libsigc, where to get it?

Thanks for any help or reports about experience with skype on RHEL.
