I have RHEL ES 5 (fully updated) running on a server, and I have found two
files on it that have unusual file permissions:

--------wx 1 root root 4096 Jan 22 2131
/sys/module/sbs/paramaters/capacity_mode
--------w- 1 root root 4096 Jan 22 2131
/sys/module/sbs/paramaters/update_mode

Could someone tell me how to figure out what these files do, and why they
have such uneven file permissions (i.e. world write, but not owner or
group write)?
