Looking at the src.rpm's the only changes between 53.1.6 and the
released 53.1.13 involve the vmsplice patch. Disregarding Changelog
updates, the linux-2.6-x86_64-fs-vmsplice_to_pipe-flaw.patch file was
added and the kernel-2.6.spec file was updated to apply the new
patch file.
