In my case, an activation key is used as part of a kickstart load and it
is registering against an RHN Satellite server (which I don't have any
administrative access to). The key is preferable to the user
credentials because the key is limited to the satellite where the user
credentials are used for a multitude of services and systems (not just
the satellite server).

How do you set up an activation key to have channel subscriptions
(beyond the base channel)? Which version of RHN/Satellite do you have
to be running in order to have this feature?
