Well CentOS != Red Hat. CentOS-5-extras is all volunteer and gets the
support that people put into it. People probably have not asked for an
updated version. I would have to recommend asking on their lists to
see if they can update it or know someone who can help configure it.
There is an EPEL version (see epel-devel-list@(protected)
newer, but I do not use mono to know if it works any better or not.
