Hi,

I've urpmi'ed Drupal on Cooker which worked fine. The I followed
INSTALL.pgsql.txt to set up the database. However, then I tried to see
how to proceed:

1. INSTALL.txt is very generic.

2. http://localhost/drupal/ gives me:

{{{{{{{{{{{
Site off-line

try again later. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are the maintainer of this site, please check your database
settings in the settings.php file and ensure that your hosting
provider's database server is running. For more help, see the
handbook, or contact your hosting provider.
}}}}}}}}}}}

3. I noticed some files under /etc/drupal etc.

What should I do now? Should there be a README.txt or a README.mdv.txt
or something?

Regards,
