Just from a packages point of view (no physical testing yet):

*  kde4-l10n-en_GB           4.0.71     2mdv2009.0   noarch

conflicts with the KDE3 version. Could be because it's not at 4.0.73
yet... or that the KDE3 version has not been moved to /opt yet.

Example conflict:
 file /usr/share/locale/en_GB/entry.desktop from install of
kde4-l10n-en_GB-4.0.71-2mdv2009.0.noarch conflicts with file from
package kde-i18n-en_GB-3.5.9-1mdv2008.1.noarch


*  sudo urpmi --auto-select --nokeep
The following package cannot be installed because it depends on packages
that are older than the installed ones:
k3b-1.0.4-2mdv2008.1
