I looked very quickly at Fedora PK package and it seems they changed
permissions, compared to what we have in 2008.1 and cooker, so maybe we
need to fix our package.

Could you open a bug on policykit (cooker) and assign it to me, I'll try
to look at it next week (no promise) and if we are buggy, I'll push an
update for 2008.1 as well.
