Where is the most appropriate place to submit bug reports or suggestions
for improvement in KDE4? I've noticed a few interesting things that may
need work eventually, but they are not huge issues.... things like when
using kwin compositing features, the wobbly windows only wobbles the
window and not the windows shadow... which looks funny...

also, what's the best way to enable compiz-fusion under kde4? It was
working but i have to use kwin for a little while and now i can't seem
to go back to compiz.
