This has been reported before, but a fresh Cooker install is not
possible with the latest Cooker boot.iso - the following error occurs
during the first phase of the install:

"An error occurred insmod'ing modules ide_cd failed"

and loops from there.

It would be nice to test some of the latest stuff in Cooker again . . .
