It looks like grub-0.97-22mdv2008.1 does not include the patch below.

This leads to unbootable system if system in migrated to ext4dev and a kernel
updates is installed (this creates a new menu.lst that is stored thru
extents)

Can anyone confirm? Should I file a bug?
