I did gwc during the WE. However, it took me a bit of work to ensure
correct compilation flags were used, and to make the package build on
x86_64 also, because of misnamed build dependencies.

Rather than uploading new package versions on ftp.mandriva.com, and wait
forever someone to take care of them, you should rather open bug reports
on bugzilla, and attach corrections there, it would make those pending
contributions more visible.
