Ok, thanks. Actually, I did another upgrate from 2008.1 to cooker on
another computer, and the same happened, the usr/X11R6 directory
disappeared while x11-server-common has been upgraded.

Note that on both, I have xplanet installed, that install various stuff
into /usr/X11R6/share; may be it screwed up the upgrade; at least
deserved to be updated.
