I had this only on svn, as I did not want to risk having
problems in 2008.1 about it.

If you used the git package, now it is named gnu-git,
and you will need to explicitly reinstall it on an upgrade.

If you used the linus-git package, now it is named just
git, and an update should not cause any problems, as the
new git package also provides linus-git.

Also, now both packages can be installed at the same
time, but "gnu-git" commands were all changed to have the
"gnu-" prefix.
