xorg.conf is basically the only file that needs write access, and
it is not owned by any package. You can try to convince Pixel to
accept the patch I made to allow drakx-kbd-mouse-x11 to follow
symlinks :-)

This should be fixed now as XFdrake shouldn't anymore recreate the
link created by x11-server-xorg package.
