Does it say where they were moved *from*? Possibly they were just
in /usr/include at that point. Then, later, upstream moved
to /usr/include/postgresql , but we just rediffed the patch and kept
going...

that'd be guess, in which case switching to what everyone else does now
obviously makes sense.
