That's even better, I took part in the discussion but didn't remember
we did this, shame on me :)

I must admit I don't quite understand all that stuff in the intel bug
I refer to, but the point being some people seems to achieve pretty
similar performances with Fedora9 and (I quote) "drm-gem branch of the
current git + TTM-enabled vesa" whether they use EXA or XAA.
