Hi,

I've been stuck with the 2.6.25 kernels for a while now due to this problem.

Essentially my logs are flooded with:
b44: eth0: powering down PHY

And the eth0 device does not actually work which is a bit of a pain.

I think I've tracked this down to this bug:

Pretty please with a cherry on top can someone apply it?
