While the main kdeplasma4 package will obsolete the old
extragear-plasma, and while it requires all the individual applets,
urpmi will opt to split the transaction to install the required RPMs first.

Either the individual applets should also "Obsolete: extragrear-plasma <
4.0.82" or the indivudual applets should "Require kdeplasma4 =
%{version}-%{release}".

I'm not too much of a packaging ninja but I think the second option is
better. There may even be a magical third way :D
