urpmi doesn't handle choice on obsoletes. And anyway this is not a
good idea.

nope, otherwise it's useless to split the applets in various pkgs.

so, either add conflicts on each individual applet pkg, or replace
Requires with Requires(pre) in kdeplasma4.
