I think (at least I hope) I found, the BIOS was set to show SATA as IDE, but
linux was accessing to it as SATA (/dev/sda). When the computer was load the
sata was not replying faster as it should.

I change the setting from IDE to AHCI and things seems really better.

BTW: another reboot is planned this evening to update the kernel, another day
the system will be updated, but well, later !
