You are correct, I was going on memory, the message actually said "EIP".
I have taken a digital image, but I will have to check its usefulness
once I get it off the camera, what the camera showed looked to be useless.
What I don't understand is why the boot process is trying to treat an
IDE hard disk as SCSI.
