[Cooker] No drive uuid for non-standard mount point.

I just did a clean cooker FTP install Thurs night.
Choose use existing partitions
/, /usr. /local, /home

Formatted / and /usr

Because /local is a non-standard mount point no uuid is given to this
partition during partitioning/installation.
