It wasn't broken. gstreamer was. Someone incorrectly stopped the x86-64
package providing libgstreamer0.10-devel , which it used to. See
previous changelog message:

I keep my packages backportable where possible.

I will fix this. I later discovered that thanks to the gstreamer mess,
the only provides that works on both x86-64 and i586 for all current MDV
releases is:

libgstreamer-devel >= 0.10
