After the cooker update that installed the above kernel the grub
menu.lst was completely wrong, consequently the system would not boot.
The non-linux entries, like windows, had all been removed, and the hard
disk references had all been modified from hd1 to hd2, hence the
non-boot. What needs to be done for this to be rectified?
