Since yesterday, I have trouble getting my Luks encrypted volume mounted at
boot.

In the best case, I am prompted for the passphrase, but as I type it, it
appears on screen (which did not happen prior to this). In the worst case, a
line break appears after the first letter (all characters printed on screen
still) and the passphrase is not accepted. Is this due to splashy?

Additionally, booting is not reliable, but I can't remember if this is only in
the resume case.
