As I mentioned early on in this thread. I'm working with an out of
date 2006 based vmappliance, due to inablity to get a bootable vmware
install of gentoo-2008 based to work.
I have a bootable vmware appliance of gentoo (hosted on vista) that
works so am trying to update it.
