You should contact Symantec and ask them. Just because is available on the Internet does not make it free to use.

When you bought the product, it was probably included. In any case, the license agreement is what gives you the right to use the software, just like the GPL gives you the right to run many Linux applications. By default, you have no rights. None.

Unless you have been giving permission (which you get when you buy the license), you do not have *any* rights. Finding a copy on the Internet does not imply permission.
