  | | | Installing update 4 for RHEL ES 3 | Installing update 4 for RHEL ES 3 2006-09-26 - By Lyttle, Daniel
Back Thanks Clif
I know I am able to get the ISO's. But, am I able to do an upgrade over top of update 3 instead of doing a new install. Is that possible and if so how so?
Cheers,
Daniel.

Within RHN, go to Channels I think, and you can navigate to the ISO's.

Hi
This should be a simple question hopefully.
I currently have RHEL ES 3 with updates 3 and I need to install update 4 only as the software has only been tested with update 4. I don't want to use up2date because it looks as though it will download the latest update of 8 I think it is.
Is there a way for me to download the cd's I require and do an upgrade only to update 4? Or do I have to download all the ISO's and reinstall?
Thanks,
Daniel.
