You can use this:
/usr/sbin/ntpdate <ip of machine1>
To sincronize your redhat server machine with another machine.
Be carefull to select a machine that has sincronized.
We use our router because it's sincronized with an atomic watch.
I put this in a crontab to sincronize every day.
