Hi.. I am installing a module called mod_dosevasive into my apache server

the installation guide as shown in the URL

I was asked to enter this command

/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs -i -a -c mod_dosevasive20.c

but my linux server has no "apxs" at all. Why ?  How to install it ?  

[root@(protected) root]# locate apxs
[root@(protected) root]# locate apxs*
[root@(protected) root]#

[root@(protected) root]# rpm -qa | grep httpd
redhat-config-httpd-1 (See http://tpd-1.ora-code.com).1.0-4
httpd-2 (See http://tpd-2.ora-code.com).0.46-61.ent

[root@(protected) root]# uname -a
